Individual Therapy

During individual therapy sessions, the therapist will use evidence-based approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, or mindfulness-based therapy, to help individuals manage symptoms of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, and others. Evidence-based therapy refers to a type of therapy that has been scientifically studied and proven effective through research.

Medication Management

Medication management is a mental health treatment involving working with a psychiatric provider to manage and monitor medication needs. Psychiatric providers are medical doctors who specialize in treating mental health disorders and thus have the authority to prescribe medication.

Group Therapy

Research has shown that group therapy can be as effective as individual therapy for many mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and relationship issues.

In group therapy, participants get an opportunity to learn from others’ experiences while gaining a unique perspective on their own thoughts and behaviors. They can receive feedback and support from their peers and therapist and practice new coping mechanisms in a safe and supportive environment.

Support Groups

Support groups are a type of mental health treatment that involves meeting with individuals experiencing similar challenges or issues. Support groups provide a supportive community of peers who understand what each other is going through and offer empathy, validation, and encouragement.

Trauma Therapy

Adult Intensive Outpatient Program

Our adult intensive outpatient program (IOP) is designed to provide you with the support and resources you need to overcome mental health challenges. Our IOP is a highly structured program that meets three days per week for three hours per day, and it’s designed for adults struggling with mental health challenges and needing more intensive treatment than traditional outpatient services can provide.

Our adult IOP includes individual therapy, group therapy, medication management, and other therapeutic interventions. This program is led by a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including licensed therapists, psychiatric providers, and other specialists. It has been developed to help you establish effective coping abilities, handle symptoms, and enhance your quality of life.

Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (Dream Catchers)

Our adolescent intensive outpatient program (IOP) is designed to provide support and resources to adolescents struggling with mental health challenges. Our IOP meets three days per week for three hours per day and is designed for adolescents who need more intensive treatment than traditional outpatient services can provide.

Client Services

Our client services are designed to provide the support and resources you need to manage your mental health challenges. They include individual therapy, group therapy, medication management, support groups, and other therapeutic interventions.

Individual Therapy

As the name suggests, individual therapy is a form of mental health treatment that involves meeting one-on-one with a licensed therapist to discuss and address mental health concerns. It provides a safe and supportive space where individuals can discuss their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors without fear of judgment.

The therapist uses evidence-based approaches to help individuals manage their symptoms, explore underlying issues, and develop coping strategies. These approaches may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based therapies, or other specialized techniques.
