About
My ideal client is someone who can utilize the skills learned in therapy and apply them in their everyday life. Everyone wants to live the best possible life, full of joy, meaning, and purpose. Taking those steps can be difficult at times, depending on past experiences and diagnosis. In therapy, we will process clients’ experiences together to help them connect the dots and walk on their path toward mental well-being.
I treat anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, and trauma, but also have a strong passion for helping parents navigate their emotions in raising a child with autism or with neurodivergence, as well as helping adults who are neurodivergent.Â
Mental health is health. Whatever you’re struggling with, this does not define who you are; it is something that you have. I help empower clients to walk and build a life worth living for themselves. I work using CBT, DBT, REBT, IFS, EFT Tapping, and other modalities to provide skills and interventions for clients to utilize after they graduate from therapy. Clients are experts in their own lives. As a therapist, I help guide clients to walk toward their passions and to build a life for themselves they can be proud of.
My specialties include: Parenthood, Neurodivergence, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, ADHD, Trauma, PTSD
