I assess, diagnose, and treat patients with behavioral and mental health illnesses through medication management and psychotherapy, and I evaluate treatments effectiveness and outcomes. I conduct initial and follow-up evaluations, and make recommendations and referrals as indicated. I conduct medication reviews, with patient and responsible parties. I collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on treatment modalities.
