I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) currently working towards becoming a fully Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Master of Arts Degree in Counseling with a concentration in addiction from Montclair State University.
I have experience working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, addiction, and interpersonal issues. My approach to treatment emphasizes cognitive therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy.
