Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LSW
Eatontown, NJ 07724 Offers In-Person and Online Therapy
About
My clinical experience includes working with individuals and groups experiencing anxiety (generalized and OCD), depression, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder, attachment-related issues, adjustment issues, and grief. I have worked with various populations across different settings including working with adolescents in a community program, dual diagnosis clinical setting, and in crisis intervention in a hospital setting. Using a strengths-based and client-centered approach to therapy, I work collaboratively with clients to address their current difficulties by identifying root causes and individualized goals for change.
My goal is to empower individuals to create a pathway to achieving these goals by developing and implementing strategies and coping skills that can best help them achieve lasting and meaningful changes on their terms.
My approach to therapy is eclectic. I do not believe a one size fits all approach works for everyone. I aim to let clients be the expert in the own experiences and guide treatment. I utilize a variety of modalities including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Attachment Based Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy.
