I feel that each and every client that I have worked with has been unique in the sense of need, treatment, and goal.

I have been working with children for over 10 years and have included the parents. I have made it a point to do family therapy as the family dynamic as a whole needs to improve so that changes can be successful for the child.

I would work with the child and parents to create a treatment plan that reflects the child’s need.

I would also include family sessions x1 a month to access the family dynamic.

I would explore some of the client’s interests, hobbies and gain understanding of their cultural identity.

I would ask open ended questions with regards to their personal interest in therapy and any past experience with regards to therapeutic process.
