About Lindsey Hartman
I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life but I do specialize in working with clients who are struggling with substance abuse and recovery issues, self-esteem issues, and anxiety disorders. I work to meet clients where they are at while incorporating and modeling mindfulness strategies, DBT and CBT techniques that clients can use at home in between sessions. I look forward to working with you and helping you achieve any goals you set forth and have intentions to work towards.
As a therapist, my goal is to build a supportive and caring relationship with my clients so that they are able to explore and address both past and present emotional issues and traumas.
I believe that we, as people, need support and guidance throughout our lives, especially when things feel difficult. With that support, a person can thrive, flourish, and come to realize their own potential and resilience. I believe this is the beauty of therapy and the therapeutic relationship.
As a therapist, my goal is to build a supportive and caring relationship with my clients so that they are able to explore and address both past and present emotional issues and traumas.
In doing so, I believe a person can begin to improve daily functioning, achieve set goals, and eventually heal.
