About

My therapeutic style is non-judgmental, patient, understanding and compassionate. I am an optimistic individual who believes in my clients’ potentials when they or close ones don’t. I focus mainly on my clients’ strengths, personalities, and wisdom to cope with their mental health issues. I have a passion working in the mental health field as a licensed social worker. It can be nerve-wrecking to open up your thoughts and feelings, but with your time working with me, I will provide a safe and comfortable environment. I have experience in CBT, DBT, mindfulness, exposure therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

With my clients, I like to create a coping skill “Tool Box” where your goals, strengths, accomplishments, and coping strategies will be listed for you to use outside of therapy. I also like to incorporate art into therapy sessions to make it more enjoyable.
For those who are considering therapy, it can be frightening to be vulnerable, but it’s all part of growing and healing and I would like to be there to help you come out of that dark tunnel. You are not alone.
