My ideal client is a Client who is experiencing anxiety and depression daily, is looking for coping skills for both, as well as possible medication management, and their goal is to limit symptoms of anxiety and depression.
I explore the underlying feelings associated with these conditions and set clear goals based on the client’s needs. The client will take part in constructing the Treatment Plan. Therapist will engage in CBT intervention as well as some DBT techniques.
