About

An ideal client is one who is open to change, motivated and willing to put in effort into therapy in order to obtain the most effective treatment and therapeutic experience. These clients face various issues that may include anxiety, depression, personality or other disorders that affect the state of their mental health which plays a role in daily functioning and sustainability. Their needs vary but may be education, health management, prevention and/or treatment skills and knowledge , diagnosis of disorders, and support within oneself and among relationships. An ideal client seeks prevention and therapeutic measures to improve.

As a clinician, I am here to guide, support, and lead clients to not only achieve their goals but to also sustain them. Through different approaches, specific to each client, I can assist in managing symptoms, processing emotions, and teaching both immediate and lasting coping skills.

Through experience working with clients with anxiety, mood disorders such as depression, and personality disorders, I have found that patience, guidance, and an individualized therapeutic approach is crucial for a successful outcome.
