About
Emily Sallustio is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC). She received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northeastern University and a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling and Wellness from New York University.
She believes that therapy should be a collaborative, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood. She is passionate about helping individuals build insight, develop coping skills, and reconnect with their inner strengths so they can move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
She enjoys working with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, self-esteem issues, relational issues, and general life stress. She takes an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness to meet each client’s unique needs.
