I am a licensed associate counselor who utilizes client centered, strength-based, and humanistic approaches with my clients. I feel that I best help my clients by being non-judgmental and caring.

I provide a safe space in which not only is conducive for the therapeutic alliance, but also conducive in being a catalyst for change. Clients want to be comfortable when opening up about their uncomfortable experiences.

Using a variety of approaches such as CBT, DBT, Motivational interviewing and mindfulness techniques, I assist patients on their journey to self-love, self-awareness, and self-actualization . We all have “stuff”.

I am here to offer support and guidance while providing clients with the tools to live their best possible lives with their “stuff”.
