About
I am a Licensed Associate Counselor who has had the honor of working with various populations such as adults, adolescents, couples, and families. I specialize in anxiety, self-esteem issues, depression, and substance abuse issues.
I believe each individual client deserves a treatment plan tailored to their specific needs and I have experience using a variety of evidenced-based approaches such as CBT, Mindfulness, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
My ideal client is someone who is looking to empower themselves through gaining a deeper understanding of how to honor their own needs. While our lived experiences have an influence on how we perceive the world around us, ultimately, we get the choice to decide who we want to be.
I enjoy working with individuals who come into the therapeutic space ready to set goals that help them achieve their own definition of harmony, peace, and overall well-being.
In my opinion, one of the most important aspects of the therapeutic relationship is my clients feeling safe and comfortable within the space. Making the decision to seek therapy can feel intimidating, but I am here to help guide you through the process at a pace that feels most comfortable and helpful for you.
You can trust me to listen to your innermost feelings and concerns without judgement. Together, we can identify goals that will help you to become a happier and healthier version of yourself.
