Hi Everyone! My name is Anissa, and I am a Licensed Therapist in New Jersey.
Therapy is my heart’s work. I am happy to support you in navigating and working through current life
stressors, and past trauma’s so that you can live a life that brings you peace, and clarity.
I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults, and provide a warm, safe, and empathetic space
for all. Additionally I have primarily serviced individuals with Depression, and Generalized Anxiety
disorder, using a Cognitive Behavioral Approach, as well as Holistic.

My Ideal is a client is a client that is willing to do the work. Therapy is not always easy, but it is worth it when you are invested in improving yourself, and working through past traumas and current life stressors.
I enjoy working with clients who want to navigate family issues, Improve self-esteem, work on boundaries, and more.

I often use a CBT approach along with a holistic approach. Reframing the way one views things often is one of the first steps to healing.
I also say my approach is Holistic because there is not one thing that led to a person’s trauma, and there is not one single modality that is going to lead to healing.
